5d mark ii + 25-105 = have i died and gone to heaven?

didn't touch any settings, just put on the lens, stuffed in the battery and memory card (ok, not stuffed. i did it so gently i was afraid i didn't put it in all the way), took a look around, and pressed the big black button.

now i'm off to explore every nook and cranny of this expensive sucker.
